Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is proud to partner with AccessAble to produce detailed accessibility guides to its trust sites. AccessAble is the leading provider of this sort of information and has visited and assessed the sites below in person in order to produce the guides. Each guide contains around 1,000 pieces of information, covering much more than just steps and ramps so the information is truly pan disability and incredibly detailed.
The information is designed to improve patient experience by alleviating anxiety about the accessibility of whatever site you may need to visit. The guides themselves provide a logical patients journey through each site and to any department or service you may need, both text and photographic information is provided.
